Topic: Gross Alert - Diarrhea
Hi guys!  Read some older posts and everyone looks so great!!  Question for you...have any of you had any bout's with diarrhea?  I've gotten it every night now in the middle of the night for the last 5 nights....exactley 5 hours after falling asleep.....WEIRD!!  Anyhow, I'm starting a new job tomorrow..so I can't take a chance of going to the ER and getting admitted...I'm calling my Dr. in the  morning and drinking gatorade and water...thanks!

I sometimes think my middle name is stall but I really can't complain because I have lost more than I ever thought I would. Losing 98 pounds is fantastic. I look at it this way, I weighed 98 when I started dating my husband so you lost a whole person. Be happy it will happen.

Thank you PrettyDee fr your kind, supportive message!! I was really excited leaving the 300's and with the 200's I think it was especially amazing because I guess i doubted whether it would really happen fo me. You have done an incredible job as well and deserve ALL of the rewards that come with getting healthy! I know especially during stalls it can become discouraging but keep on keepin on and tell yourself constantly "I deserve this". Please keep in touch and let me know how things are going AND don't forget to stop and celebrate your success along the way! All the best- Nancy

Hi- Just wanted to share my excitement, shock, and celebration-I made it to Onederland!!!! Just 8 short months ago I weighed 348 and for the first time in 27 years I am under 200 lbs! I never even imagined this would be a possibility or that I would ever see a "1" to start my weight ever again. I am so thankful for being blessed with this surgery and getting a second chance in life. I have people I haven't seen in years saying I look younger than when I was in college- not bad at 46! Thanks for letting me celebrate with you on here-I normally don't like making a spectacle of myself but can tell you the excitement of this has thrown me for a loop. I would love to lose 40-50 more so I'll keep on, keepin on! All the best- Nancy

I am so glad I jumped on here.  I have been so frustrated because the scale does not move.  I hit between 100 lbs down to 102 lbs.  STUCK!!!  It is so crazy.  Seems it does not matter what I do or eat.  Nothing is giving.  I need 10 more lbs to hit my goal...  Don't know if I will make it.

I've been stalled for months now.  Have only lost 12 lb since the end of January.  And I've got 50 more pounds to go.
